Purposes of the Processing of your Personal Data, legitimating basis and periods of data conservation.
Processing of personal data based on the consent of the interested party:
Manage user requests for information. The personal data of the information requesters will be processed with the sole purpose of meeting said requests, within the legally established margins, and to be able to supply the required information. Said personal data will be kept for the time necessary to manage the request and the possible responsibilities that may arise, after which they will be eliminated.
Management of recruitment processes. The personal data of job seekers and of those who participate in the recruitment processes of Elmya S.A. They will be treated only for the selection of candidates and the subsequent communication with them within the framework of the selection process. Personal data will only be processed within an open selection process and will be kept for the duration of the recruitment process, after which they will be deleted.
Registration to conferences. Those people who provide their personal data for registration to conferences will be treated only to manage the delivery of said conferences. The data will be kept for the time necessary to achieve the indicated purpose, after which they will be destroyed.
Sending of newsletter: The data provided by users will be processed in order to send a newsletter with communications and corporate information of Elmya S.A. The data will be kept until the affected party requests the removal of said shipments, at which time they will be deleted.
The processing of personal data by Elmya Energy will respond to the consent of the affected party, which must be expressed explicitly through the channels provided. In this sense, we inform you that said consent is revocable at any time, for which you must express it through the channels indicated for the exercise of the rights of those affected.
The user or affected party undertakes to provide correct, truthful and up-to-date information on its situation. The refusal to provide the required personal data, in the cases in which it is indicated as mandatory, will imply that Elmya Energy will not be able to provide the requested information or provide the required service.
